I have one from Sleep Innovations and it is pretty good. There may be better out there. Basically, the “denser” the rating the better. Also, get one that is at least 3 inches thick.

I had mine from Dunhelm Mills (UK), it about 2″ deep and magical, I have two hip replacements, and sleeping is allowed on my back only, no sore heels , sheer bliss. Hope this helps.x
